Welcome to our Cross Country team.
Started in the fall of 1989 our team will begin it’s 21st season this fall. We have enjoyed a
great history of success, including Conference, All-State, State Champion and High School All-Americans.
Many of our athletes have gone on to college and enjoyed successful post high school athletic careers, becoming All-Americans and National Champions.
Academics is also a source of pride for The Central Lake harriers. Each year we have athletes
named Academic All-State including one year when the Lady Trojans were named the Academic State Champions.
Central Lake is noted for sponsoring some of the best and largest cross country meets for
small schools in Michigan. Schools from all over the state to run on one of the best maintained and visible course in the state
